Cheese


Cheese refers to nearly any solidified substance derived from milk. Cheese has a nearly unbelievable number of forms. It is most popular in America and Europe. Certain people must avoid cheese due to its lactose content, which some are allergic to. Most cheese is white, yellow, or orange in color.

Taste
Cheese can taste a variety of ways, and come in a variety of consistencies. Because of this, itís difficult to come to many conclusions that include all cheeses. Some of the most popular cheeses include mozzarella, cheddar, swiss, and parmesan.

Cheese became an official snack on June 18th 2012.
